MahoneySabol

The accounting firm of MahoneySabol is responsible for all administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting functions. Their responsibilities include:

  •  Collecting, depositing, and recording Condo Fees
  • Preparing "Resale Packages" required for the sale of condo units
  •  General record keeping
  • Most Clerical Functions
  • Consulting with and assisting the Board of Directors, Officers and On-site Manager

Our Account Manager at MahoneySabol is Chris Quinn, and Debi Iannuzzi performs all day-to-day bookkeeping and clerical functions.

If you do not have a payment coupon, send the check to the above address and make sure you identify the Unit Number and which month or months to apply the payment.  Include this information on an enclosed note and on the check.  If you have recently purchased a unit and have the old coupons, you may use the old coupons by simply crossing out the name and printing yours. 

The Essex offices of MahoneySabol are located at 80 Plains Road, which is across from Scotts farm stand.

To leave fee payments after hours, there is a slot in the door.
